When placing an order, using the order form, make sure that you include all the files needed for your design, packaged in a .zip file. These files should include:
Make sure you thoroughly fill out all the options on the order form and include all additional instructions in the notes section.
Orders are limited to five pages per unique design, and one unique design per order. Orders are more or less limited to one per customer; Once an order has been completed for a client, any additional orders from that same client will be bottom priority. I will complete all the other orders first before moving on the repeat clients.
Because this service is offered for free, I am very picky about which orders I will accept. Reasons I may reject an order include, but are not limited to:
NOTE: Although I may reject orders if I am aware of copyright infringement, I do not accept any legal responsibility for said copyright infringements.
Within 24 hours of submitting your order, you will recieve an email letting you know whether your order has been accepted or not. It will also list you an estimate of how long the order will take to complete. If it has been accepted I will immediately begin working, unless I need confirmation of your preferences on some issue. Make sure you are explicit in your instructions when ordering so that I can begin working as soon as possible.
Once an order is completed, I will send you an email with the finished product attached. You may review my work and ask for changes if necessary. After you are satisfied, your project will be added to my portfolio, including screenshots, links, and a description. If/when you use the design I coded for you, you must put a link back to excalo.com. The link needs to be present on every page that uses the design I coded, and it should be easily visible. Examples of acceptible placements include footers or sidebars.
After a design is completely coded and handed over to you, you possess all the rights to the design and the code, meaning that you can turn around and sell the design if you want to. However, you are obligated to comply with the licensing terms of your original design; if the original design was not allowed for commercial use, the same applies to the coded design. Once again, I do not accept any legal responsibility regarding the licensing or copyrights of your design.
If you do choose to sell a properly licensed design which I coded for you, you must include a link back to Excalo.com on any page advertising your design for sale.
If you come back to me later with problems or questions, I will help you provided that your requests are reasonable. Some examples of reasonable requests are:

Also, if I discover that you have violated the terms and conditions by removing the link back to excalo.com, I will not help you.
If you would like to submit a tech support request, you can either use the contact form or email me directly.
